Alchemie Tech unveils Discovery lab: revolutionizing clean-tech dyeing solutions.

Alchemie Technology has launched its Discovery lab system, which provides industry professionals with a hands-on experience of the company’s Endeavour digital dyeing process. The system includes a digital non-contact jet dye applicator equipped with Jetronica nozzles, promising accuracy and precision. Alchemie’s dyeing process reduces the carbon footprint by 85% and wastewater by 95%, while also cutting chemical usage by 30%. The system aims to help the textile industry reach its environmental, social, and governance targets. Alchemie notes that textile dyeing and finishing contribute to 3% of global CO2 emissions and is the second-largest source of global industrial wastewater pollution. The company has also introduced the exclusive Pioneer Club in conjunction with the Discovery launch, which offers early adopters a chance to evaluate the technology.
